Alliance Shareholder Communications (ASC) maintains a 125 station shareholder contact center at our corporate headquarters in Bloomfield, New Jersey. This facility gives ASC the ability to contact over 60,000 shareholders per day. Our proprietary cloud technology also gives us the capability to immediately expand capacity to an additional 1,000 remote agents. The focal point of our state-of-the-art facility is a raised command center manned by seasoned facility management, which monitors systems performance, agent productivity, service levels and campaign analytics.
In addition to our remote cloud technology, ASC has in place a dual continuity with a physical back up in Pennsylvania. The functionality of our shareholder contact center will continue despite any potential threat of natural disaster.
All agents are screened and tested at our corporate headquarters. After passing the testing phase, they are trained in small groups at ASC’s training center. Our quality control department monitors 5% of all calls and 20% of all voted calls. Utilizing a blend of seasoned management, high capacity, technology, and effective contact agents, ASC continues to deliver positive results for our mutual fund clients.
