Bios: Nadin Khawatmi, Executive Assistant

Nadin Khawatmi is an Executive Assistant in the Proxy Management Group.   She provides clients with strategic planning of timelines and cost estimates for all Full Set, Notice Only mailing models or any blended model selected.  Nadin also manages all facets of the shareholder meeting process including broker search, distribution, registered holder mailings, postage solutions, printing, web hosting needs, proxy tabulation, storage and fulfillment.
