Frank began his career working with the proxy firms The Carter Organization and Corporate Investor Communications (CIC).  At CIC, he was instrumental in building the market surveillance division into a business of more than 100 clients prior to its sale to CapitalBridge, then later sold to Ipreo.  In addition, Frank developed a database of institutional voting patterns used to forecast the outcomes of non-routine proxy proposals. While at CapitalBridge, Frank earned the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation and continued to advise publicly traded companies on the trading patterns of institutional investors.

With over 20 years of serving the investor relations audience by providing market surveillance expertise, Frank has acquired in-depth knowledge of activists' activities, and the investment strategies of institutional investors.
