Bios: Jonathan J. Duquette, President, Alliance Shareholder Comm.

With more than 25 years of experience, Jonathan is the pioneer of the PostMerger CleanUp program.  Prior to joining Alliance Shareholder Communications as the President, Jonathan was Senior Managing Director at the proxy firm, the Altman Group.  Jonathan also served as the former Senior Vice President and Partner of global proxy solicitation firm Georgeson Shareholder, Inc.  While at Georgeson, he was one of the creators of the Post Merger CleanUp™ product, which grew to over $100 million in revenue.
 
Jonathan has also founded Duquette Communications Corp., a shareholder communications firm, advising publicly held companies, transfer agents, and proxy solicitors on shareholder communications issues, such as abandoned property, mergers and acquisitions, and shareholder response programs.
 
With extensive experience on large–scale shareholder communications projects for most Fortune 100 companies, Jonathan has created some of the most widely used communications methodologies of today. 
 
A member of The American Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals and The National Investor Relations Institute, Jonathan is a graduate from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
