Bios: Sean Di Somma, Vice President
Sean Di Somma is a Vice President for shareholder communication services including proxy solicitation, governance advisory services, and asset reunification programs for Alliance Advisors. Sean has extensive experience in shareholder outreach and applies a strong expertise in strategic planning and execution of communications programs.
Prior to joining Alliance, Sean was a Director at The Altman Group, where he led corporate business development and worked on many solicitation assignments which included executive compensation issues, major retail vote campaigns, corporate actions, as well a other high level campaign assignments. Prior to working at The Altman Group, Sean has over ten years of political campaign experience, managing messaging and outreach programs to millions of voters on behalf of both national and state-wide campaigns.
Sean is an active member of National Investor Relations Institute, Society of Corporate Secretaries, and the Shareholder Services Association. He also proudly serves on the Board of the Community YMCA.
