Bios: Domenick de Robertis, Executive Vice President
Domenick is a seasoned professional with over twelve years of experience in proxy solicitation and corporate governance. Domenick specializes in complex agendas with a concentration in mergers & acquisitions, executive compensation, capital restructurings and shareholder-sponsored proposals.
Having advised hundreds of NYSE and NASDAQ listed clients including many S&P 500 companies, Domenick is frequently sought out to speak on corporate governance and proxy solicitation issues. He also provides continuing legal education presentations to corporate law firms throughout the United States. Prior to joining Alliance Advisors, Domenick was a Managing Director at The Altman Group, and a Director of Business Development at Georgeson.
Domenick received his BA from Rutgers University and is an active member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).
